Hawksbill sea turtle

Distribution: tropical reefs of the Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean, rare in the Mediterranean Sea. It is the second most sighted sea turtles when snorkeling after the green sea turtle. Particularly common in the Seychelles (especially around La Digue island), Maldives and in Bali and the Gili Islands.
