Dog-faced puffer
Distribution: from Eastern Africa to Southern Japan, Micronesia, Samoa and Australia.
Its coloration is variable and can be light-brown, grey, blue-grey or bright yellow, sometimes grey with a yellow belly.
In yellow coloration, may be confused with Arothron meleagris.
Absent from the Red Sea, where it is replaced by closely related Arothron diadematus.
