L\u2019\u00eele Plate et l\u2019\u00eelot Gabriel sont deux petites \u00eeles situ\u00e9es \u00e0 une dizaine de kilom\u00e8tres au nord de l\u2019\u00eele Maurice. Bord\u00e9es de plages de sable blanc et reli\u00e9es par un lagon bleu \u00e9meraude, elles offrent un cadre naturel idyllique et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9. On les visite au cours d\u2019excursions \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e en bateau, organis\u00e9es par de nombreux tour-op\u00e9rateurs locaux, principalement au d\u00e9part de Grand Baie.
